Carlton is the founder and Executive Director of Able to Serve and has over 21 years experience working with special needs ministries.  Since 2000 he has been a national consultant who trains churches on how to start, strengthen and sustain special needs ministries. Together we’ll:

  • Learn practical ways to lay the groundwork for ministry
  • Cultivate communication and grow strong relationships
  • Interact with experienced and beginning ministry leaders to harvest usable ideas
